Welcome to The Other PMS™ The Other PMS™ University (the “Course”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your enrollment, participation, and use of the Course, provided by Dr. LaKeischa McMillan and The Other PMS™ University (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By enrolling, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Eligibility

• The Course is intended for licensed or in-training healthcare practitioners.

• By registering, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you meet eligibility requirements.

2. Course Access

• Access is granted upon successful payment and registration.

• Access is personal and non-transferable. Sharing login credentials or course materials with others is strictly prohibited.

• We reserve the right to revoke access for violations of these Terms without refund.

3. Intellectual Property

• All Course materials, including but not limited to lectures, slide decks, recordings, documents, handouts, templates, and digital content, are the intellectual property of Dr. LaKeischa McMillan and The Other PMS™ University.

• Materials are provided for your personal educational use only.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, record, modify, or sell any Course content without prior written permission.

• Any unauthorized use will be considered an infringement of our intellectual property rights.

4. Confidentiality

• During the Course, case studies, discussions, or participant contributions may involve sensitive information.

• You agree to maintain confidentiality and not disclose identifying details of patients, colleagues, or fellow participants.

5. Payment & Refund Policy

• Full payment is required to secure enrollment.

• Payments are processed through secure third-party providers.

• Due to the digital and live nature of the Course, all sales are final and non-refundable.

• In certain cases, enrollment may be deferred to a future cohort upon request and approval.

6. Technology Requirements

• You are responsible for ensuring a reliable internet connection and compatible device to access Course sessions.

• We are not liable for participant technical difficulties, including inability to access recordings due to personal device or internet limitations.

7. Disclaimer

• The Course provides advanced education for healthcare practitioners.

• It is not a substitute for independent clinical judgment or continuing medical education requirements.

• Clinical application of course content is the responsibility of each participant and must be carried out in compliance with their local licensing regulations, scope of practice, and applicable laws.

• We make no guarantees regarding patient outcomes or business success.

8. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from participation in the Course.

• You agree to hold harmless Dr. LaKeischa McMillan, The Other PMS™ University, and affiliates from claims related to your use or misuse of Course materials.

9. Code of Conduct

• Participants are expected to engage respectfully and professionally during live sessions, discussions, and in any online forums.

• Harassment, disruptive behavior, or unprofessional conduct may result in removal from the Course without refund.

10. Modifications

• We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any part of the Course or these Terms at any time. Updates will be communicated to enrolled participants.

11. Governing Law

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law principles.
